This nonprofit organization was founded in 2020 to make a difference in the community. We are a group of passionate entrepreneurs, business leaders, community advocates, professionals who want to make a difference in our region. We are a nonprofit organization that through diverse initiatives is impacting lives and communities.  This is done through volunteer work, educational support, community service projects, and community outreach programs.

Our Mission

Our mission is to serve the community by spreading the warmth and giving back through various initiatives such as mentoring, volunteering, spreading hope, knowledge and support to those in need, facing adversities and looking to improve in every aspect of their life.

Community Engagement

Our board and volunteers are a group of passionate business leaders who want to make a difference in the community. Some of the diverse initiatives range from mentoring, blanket drives, community service projects to all the way to leadership conferences! This foundation is dedicated to the community through leadership and service. 

2nd Annual Be the Change Leadership Conference

On behalf of the Persistence in Adversity Foundation Thank you to all that sponsored and contributed to make this event possible!

The 2nd Annual Be the Change Leadership Conference took place on May 17, 2023 at the Mission Event Center.

This conference impacted 200 high school students from all over the RGV. Topics were essential leadership skills, financial literacy, scholarship opportunities, and job placement options needed to prepare students for the future.

Mentoring Circle

I've seen the need for years in our youngsters and in the community for mentors. I'm thankful and grateful for those that stepped up and joined the circle to give back. We are ready to equip our future one person at a time.
